"The world is just recognizing the power of women to change the face of poverty; women invest 90% of their income back to their families, compared to 35% for men. Still the community has boy preference, it is time that every girl is given a safe passage to higher education and vocational skills, this would end poverty, reduce gender discrimination and violence, in NEEDS we are putting all round efforts to achieve this vision of Team Child Protection "
